This rollercoaster's not fun anymore. Someone please stop it, and unlock the door. Take this steel bar up, it's pinning me down. Round and round and round and round. Making me dizzy, the world's in a tizzy.
When I bought my ticket, took my seat next to you, I thought it would be a fun thing to do. Now colors merge and swirl before my eyes. Screams and laughter twirl and collide. World out of balance, presenting a challenge.
The carnival queen is kissing the clown. The world's strongest man--a midget is pinning him down. The jester fool stole the ringmaster's baton. Our commander-in-chief has been demoted to selling hot dogs.
You pull me close, I'm riding high. You push me away, I fall from the sky. Just when I think this ride's slowing down we speed past the ticket booth for another go-round. This rollercoaster's not fun anymore, anymore, anymore.
